Extended Stay America - Asheville - Tunnel Rd at 6 Kenilworth Knolls, Asheville, North Carolina.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice because it's cheap and near downtown. The first time our room smelled of smoke so bad but the front desk didn't believe us I brought a pillow down to let them sniff it and that's when they finally decided to clean our room. Mind you cleaning the room only meant changing the covers. We had to keep the window open the entire time we were there. This time there's a party going all night in the hallway and the room next to us. The front desk would do nothing about it and was very rude when we complained. They told us they could do nothing and to call the cops.
This place is horrible the floor is sticky there's burnt holes in the sheets and the covers and all over the cabinet's I found dirty rags in the bathroom garbage can. So do not stay here this place is horrible we will never be back.

Gabby is amazing! Everyone is so sweet and attentive. Rooms are really clean. Very positive energy through the whole place!
