SAVED THE DAY! It's a Sunday. Freezer door isn't shutting; food is defrosting. Called many repair stores; left a message at Justice AND he called me back on a Sunday and said he would come out, but first asked me questions in detail. Then, he led me through resolving it! He had me take out light bulb, check it elsewhere; it worked; told me to use dryer to remove ice buildup, which released switch for light, and defrosted ice that was keeping door from shutting. Door must not have closed after I last used it. He was kind, patient over 5 phone calls! This on a Sunday! And he wouldn't let me pay him for the hour of his help. This is extraordinary!
