Autobell Car Wash at 1053 Patton Avenue, Asheville, North Carolina.

I got the most expensive car wash and interior cleaning that they offer. I watched as they cleaned my car. I never saw them vacuum it. When the kid came over to hand me my keys I asked if they were going to vacuum it. He said they had already vacuumed it. I took his word for it. When I went over to my car I saw that the floor mats were still very dirty and not snapped into place. I started pulling out the mats to reinstall them and someone approached me and asked me if anything was wrong. I told him about the dirty mats. He told me that mat cleaning was extra but that they would do it for me anyway which was a very nice thing to do. In the meantime I noticed that there were still crumbs and dirt all over the seats and the floor. The car obviously hasn't been vacuumed at all. This 1 star rating is for the kid who lied to me and told me that they had vacuumed my car but really they had not. They did vacuum the car after i said something but i don't appreciate being lied too . They didn't put any fragrance in the car either. I've been to this location many times and the service has never been great but I won't put up with being lied to. I won't be back.

Excellent car wash and you feel you have received a thorough cleaning at a very good price.
