I was absolutely disappointed and angered by the poor experience I had today during my first appointment with Dr. Fowler. First, I felt as if I were merely an appointment time slot and was treated as such. I scheduled this appointment with Dr. Fowler with the full expectation that he would be personally involved and display genuine concern surrounding the cause and treatment of my severe back condition. I couldn’t have been anymore wrong! Not only was I not even seen by Dr. Fowler, he didn’t involve himself WHATSOEVER in my case! In lieu of being seen by an experienced neurologist, I was past off to a young, inexperienced physician assistant, who rendered a questionable medical opinion and conclusion regarding my condition which he based primarily on one particular X-ray. If I wanted this poor level of care, I could have gone to a “doc in a box” facility. Being a health care professional myself, I would never levy such negative comments were they not accurate. I’ll now be forced to pick up my X-rays and seek out an alternative spine center who’s physicians will actually involve themselves in their patient’s medical concerns. After having read the NUMEROUS prior negative comments and reviews, there appears to be a common theme . . . poor to nonexistent patient/physician dialogue and relationships.

Dr. Lytle did my back fusion years ago and now does follow up care for my cranial surgery as well (and current monitoring of a benign brain tumor). He and Daniel have ALWAYS taken excellent care of me. The staff there have been nothing short of professional and courteous. I would not go anywhere else.
