The Dilworth Apartment Homes at 17 Lyndhurst Avenue, Asheville, North Carolina.

We decided to move into the Dilworth community because the staff was amazing and easy to work with. The apartment itself is beautiful as well. We really do enjoy the community over all. One thing I would change is a more kid friendly environment. Cars flying in and out not watching for kids at play. Also kids love to play outside it's what they do. So as long as they are inside by 9pm I see no reason for people to yell and be upset that they are out playing in the afternoons. People need to realize that they didn't buy a house that they live in a apartment building with other people surrounding them there will be some noises. But a quick THANK YOU to the great staff!

It could be a ok place but some people through their trash on the grounds and it sits there for a long time. Don't ask the office for help they don't seem to care or want to do anything. Then they fabricated something about you. Agressively unfriendly not a place where I feel I can live in a peaceful environment. No recycling here and you can smoke on the belcony and common grounds.
