Bought a phone charger here yesterday, the item came broken in the box. I'm an uber driver by proffesion and didn't realize the charger didn't work until I was clear on the other side of town. Tried to return it today but they said they can only exchange it for another charger. I already know how that movie ends though, the charger doesn't work which is why I'm trying to get my money back.
