Package was returned after 1 month. The owner typed my daughter name incorrectly and spelled her Street address wrong. She was rushing to get business from the 2 other customers behind me. She was talking to all of us at the same time. She never ask me if the label she printed out was correct. Very poor service. I called to complain that she spelled my daughter's name incorrectly and her Street address was spelled incorrectly. Called to make a complain, she hung up the phone. Will not support her anymore as a local. The store is messy and cluttered, as well.

I like using this location to ship packages because they can do USPS as well as DSL, and the employees are always really friendly. It's a little hard to find because it doesn't have frontage on Tunnel Road - it's actually behind the big Firestone store.
