My expectations of a warehouse/mass merchant aren't high. So this Sam's Club meets my expectations. There really is no service, so I shop there for very basic needs, nothing more, because I'd say that I do save money buying a lot of one item rather than shopping for these items over and over at a higher price somewhere else. But you won't find me buying plants, TVs, clothing, or any other one time buys. I'm not there to support this company at all due to their overall corporate policies and practices.

And don't bother to get a Discover Card from Sam's. You'll be forced to spend the earned dollars at Sam's only.

I will say that the people who work there just normal people working under great pressure for a huge corporation, so I give them the benefit of the doubt when I get less than great service. But like I said, I don't expect service there, just low prices.
